In order to achieve a desired blend of security systems and their effective implementation, we have a well defined control and reporting system. This system ensures speedy passage of information at appropriate levels of Managements, thus ensuring simultaneous and effective actions by both Service Provider and the Clients.

We have a system of weekly Appraisal Report. The Reports are submitted in a standardized format and includes information regarding, authorized manpower, on leave, sick leave, present manpower, occurrences, incidents of both minor and major nature, Union Activities and information concerning to both, Clients and the Agency.

Also we receive Monthly Report from the Unit Head/Authorized person, covering all aspects of Security such as inter-personnel relations between Security Staf f, Employees and Management, incidents of theft, losses, firebreak outs, IR situation etc. These Reports, if Considered necessary, are forwarded to concerned clients, to ensure counter measures by them.
